Had a visit from Kim Baker and her husband Rami and daughters Olivia and Lilla yesterday afternoon.  They brought homemade lasagna which was delicious.  Joseph Zabner visited during the evening and we had a good discussion.  Slept reasonably well last night naturally.  Started some dexamethasone yesterday afternoon to try and help alleviate the cough and shortness of breath that seems to intermittently occur and be responsive to Ventolin.  This has worked very well.  Working with Tony Fanchi and Amanda Smith on a lung cancer paper (as mentioned yesterday) which should be finished by the end of the week.  Another paper accepted by the New England Journal of Medicine.  This is one of our clinical studies.  Beautiful sunny day here.  Intending to get out and about shortly to see a bit of sunshine.  Geoff
