Hi Everyone .. Chris here writing for Geoff.  Happy weekend as we were joined by our daughter Rebecca, her husband Cameron and their son Declan.  Geoff gave a talk at the Pulmonary Residents Graduate Dinner on Saturday night and it was great to see colleagues and old friends all of whom received Geoff warmly.  It was also the occasion the Iowa Foundation chose to introduce and launch a fundraising effort to seek funds for a Chair to be named for Geoff - a great honor.  Sunday we were visited by old friends Ron and Sonia Ettinger and enjoyed great conversation.  Eating still proves to be a challenge and we are exploring many take-out options around town.  Sleeping very difficult also.  We continue to enjoy, and are grateful for, the many messages of caring we receive from dear friends, and colleagues.  Geoff continues to work and is currently writing a paper with Tony Fanchi.  Do keep in touch.
